On assignment in Celle
You are working for several weeks at a Celle company or on a construction site. You need a solid base with kitchen, washing machine and quiet to rest — not a hotel room.
Long stay
Weeks and months in Celle.
When your stay is longer than a short trip, an apartment is the difference between "accommodation" and "living". sleepArt offers 13 individually designed apartments and rooms in the centre of Celle — with kitchen, washing machine in the building and much reduced weekly and monthly rates.
Who it's for
Wer with us stays longer.
We are not a specialist serviced-apartment operator — we offer long stays as a natural option for anyone looking for a real address in Celle instead of a standard hotel room.
Consultants & freelancers
Several weeks on site with the client. You need a workspace in the room, Wi-Fi and the option to cook for yourself — eating out every evening adds up.
New to Celle
You are moving to Celle and want a cosy address for the first weeks while you look for your own flat or while your new home is being renovated.
Staying longer locally
A relative is in hospital, a family event is coming up — you need a dignified base for several weeks.
Staying longer on purpose
You are taking weeks off to experience Celle, work remotely or simply step out of everyday life. We provide the base.
No residence registration
A long stay at sleepArt is an extended hotel stay, not a flat rental. Ideal if you want to stay flexible without registering with the authorities.
Terms
Week and month.
We set prices according to the length of your stay. We will give you specific rates personally — depending on dates, apartment and how far ahead you book.
7+
Weekly discount
From 7 nights the nightly rate drops noticeably. Stays of this length are our standard long-stay model.
28+
Monthly discount
For stays of 28 nights or more we offer a much reduced monthly rate. Perfect for project assignments lasting several months.
Kitchen
Self-catering
10 of the 13 units have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven (where available) and full tableware.
Laundry
Laundry room in the building
Washing machine, dryer, iron and detergent on the ground floor of the main building — free for all guests.
Why sleepArt
A home, not a room number.
A long-stay apartment at sleepArt feels different from a business hotel. Warm colours instead of neutral wallpaper. Individual rooms instead of 12 identical copies side by side. And the chance to make your own coffee in the morning.
01
Central location
Nordwall 62–63 — right on the edge of the old town. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance.
02
No standard look
Every apartment has its own character, its own colour world and its own name. No interchangeable hotel room.
03
Arrive anonymously
Contactless self check-in via key box. Come and go as you please — no reception, no questions.
04
Best price direct
For long stays, booking direct is especially worthwhile — we save the portal commission and pass on the price advantage.
